I flew into San Francisco for a few days to attend the Mobile 2.0 Conference, where telcos and mobile app developers got together to discuss the future of mobile phone platforms, app stores, and monetization.

This view of downtown was taken from my 12th story room, and was a series of 5 or 6 photos that were spliced together by Pano for iPhone. I should have turned off the hall light.
It reminds me of a song from my childhood, The Camera Eye by Rush:
“Wide-angle watcher, on life's ancient tales.”

“They seem oblivious to a soft spring rain, like an English rain.
So light, yet endless, from a leaden sky.
...
The buildings are lost in the limitless rise.
My feet catch the pulse, and the purposeful stride.”
